Shops with online shopping too don’t know which is better, a visit or an online look; in NYC in Portland, Oregon check out their persephonepost blog; in London in Middlebury, VT – check out their recommendations “Notes at Random”; once, there were shops in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa; alas no more! Only Toronto remains come 2013. And now it’s 2015. All Gone! even the old website: it and Nicholas have retired.

Online & Book Blogs, I LOVE Oxfam BookVolunteer‘s choices, thoughts, and persistence; books were all for sale – if captured quickly – but mainly listed here for the fun of the perusing. NOW: memories – the site still available, but it’s come to an end too. their catalogue is half of the fun on this site; online or paper editions
